Privacy Policy

Effective 18 October 2026.

This policy explains how the TruckersMate website handles personal information. The separately hosted TruckersMate app may process additional information under its own service arrangements.

Website account information

When you create a website account, Supabase Auth processes your email address, encrypted password credentials, verification status, account identifiers and sign-in security information. The website stores your account identifier, email, optional name, registration date, account status, accepted policy versions and optional marketing preference in a Cloudflare D1 database. The site administrator can view registration records in a protected dashboard.

Technical information

Supabase and Cloudflare may process essential technical records such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs and security events to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service. The sign-in service uses browser storage needed to maintain your session. The marketing website does not store card details, driving logs or earnings.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide access to the service, record consent, administer memberships, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. Marketing messages should be sent only when you have opted in, and you may withdraw that choice.

App and payments

The TruckersMate app may separately process subscription information, activity records and information a driver chooses to enter. Payment card details should be handled by the payment provider used by the app, not by this marketing website.

Retention and deletion

Website account information is kept while the account is active and as needed for security or legal requirements. You can delete your website registration and Supabase sign-in account from the member dashboard. This does not cancel a subscription or delete records held separately by the TruckersMate app or a payment provider.

Security and transfers

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. Service providers may process information outside your country subject to the safeguards required by applicable law. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority.

Contact

The business identity and privacy contact address must be added here before commercial launch. Until then, do not submit sensitive personal information through the website.
