These terms apply to use of the TruckersMate website and Beta service. The operator's legal name, address, governing law and complete commercial terms must be added before commercial launch.

About TruckersMate

TruckersMate is a software service intended to help drivers record and review working activity. It is not an approved tachograph and does not replace official records.

Driver responsibility

Drivers remain responsible for complying with applicable drivers’ hours, tachograph and working-time rules. Users should check official records and current legal requirements when making compliance decisions.

Beta service

TruckersMate is currently in Beta. Features may be changed, improved, added or removed as the service develops.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure and notify the operator if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

Subscription

The advertised TruckersMate Beta price is £4.99 per year. Renewal, cancellation, refund, payment timing and payment-provider details must be shown clearly at checkout before a paid order is accepted. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and data

Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed, particularly during Beta. Users should retain any official records and backups they are legally required to keep.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TruckersMate is provided as an assistive tool and the operator is not responsible for decisions made in place of checking official records or legal requirements. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Ending use

You may delete the website account from the member dashboard. Website account deletion does not by itself cancel an app subscription or delete records held separately by the app or payment provider.
